"Top-notch print quality and service!"
We discovered the Printsome crew while searching for a quick turnaround on some custom hoodies last June. I can't praise them enough - Ryan was super quick to respond, gave us great tips on what to consider when supplying our own hoodies to guarantee a quality print. The communication from the moment we sent the items, through confirming the artwork, and keeping us updated on shipping was just awesome! The print quality is a solid 10/10, and after printing 12 hoodies back then, we’ve just come back for another 18! I’d recommend them without a second thought.

"Left in the Lurch by This Supplier"
I had a good run with Printsome back in 2019, so I thought I'd give them another shot as a supplier. But now, with an order pending for a client, they’ve completely ghosted me. All my emails have gone unanswered, and the phone number listed just plays a recorded message about COVID delays. Can someone please reach out regarding the cash I paid for the products? At the very least, I’d like a refund if they can’t fulfill the order anymore.

"Let Down."
I've reached out to this company several times in the past month after having used their services years back, but I've gotten no reply at all. I called their main sales number and was met with a foreign female voice for about ten seconds before the call dropped. Not sure what’s gone wrong with them, but I wouldn’t put my trust in them for my business anymore.

"Terrible Experience"
This has been a terrible experience. I can't suggest using their service. I placed an order back in October for 1400 euros, and I still haven't received the t-shirts or my money back. Their excuse is that they’re really impacted by COVID, but I just don’t buy that it should delay my refund. I'm really let down. On top of that, Paula is MIA; she doesn’t respond to our emails or calls.

"Not doing this again"
We placed an order for 1,200 € that showed up 9 days late (it was supposed to be here on November 21st, but arrived on the 30th). To make matters worse, the order was incorrect (the logo we received wasn’t the one we requested), and we pointed this out to them on November 3rd.
Since that time, we’ve reached out for a resolution multiple times: a total of 6, and we only got a response once, after sending 5 emails. They mentioned that management is looking into it. We can’t get in touch with Paula or anyone else. This is really unprofessional and not acceptable. I expect a resolution for this problem.

"Once Great Service Has Deteriorated"
I used to get top-notch service, but my latest order has been stuck for a month. I tried reaching out to Paula, but she’s gone silent on calls and emails. It’s been over a week with no word, and now I’m forced to look for alternatives and redo everything. This is really frustrating for both my business and my customers.

"Awesome Service and Final Product"
I'm totally new to getting t-shirts printed and I needed them ASAP. I called and chatted with Sarah L during the whole thing. Top-notch service, a solid price, and an amazing final product. I don't usually write reviews (aren't they just made by staff on their breaks?), but this one is different. I'd definitely recommend them without a second thought.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've never felt so insulted and have never dealt with such terrible service in my entire life. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but this situation pushed me to do it. When I inquired about my orders, which customers hadn't received for almost 2 weeks, I was informed that "top management" had put a halt on all production to prioritize "enterprise-level" work for someone else. They went on to say they had no option but to let me go as a customer. What a way to treat the little guy. It's a total joke, and I would never suggest this to anyone!
